IDEAS to Pro/e, with history/design intent!

We're in the process of translating data form Ideas (Ver. 9) to Pro/E, using a company that does that for us, with some good results. However, it comes at a cost as well as having to check their work. Anyone know of some software, like Catia to Pro/E, u can download/buy that can do the job?
 
I work on that problem (1998) and I did not have much success.

If you find some good solution
