Ideas has stopped working - help!

I'm running ideas 10 on XP and came to fire up last night and it's stopped working giving me an error when I do statdaemon about winsock connection refused. XP has done some security updates and I fun to

Try to stop then restart the service for I-Deas in the Flex manager

Chekc your environment variable.

Ensure that the LM_License_file is set with the correct server value.

Thanks for your help...I've ended up reinstalling with a new license and it now works agin...very odd though...it was fine for about 6 weeks then boom ...did all the usual stuff with the daemons etc. to no avail...it was as if the network id had changed?!
