IDEAS drawing .sym import problem

We as department is having problem import drawing templates in .sym format to IDEAS drafting. We are using IDEAS version 8m3 and 8m4 right now. The computer just freeze up as soon as we try to open up the drawing template .sym... Did anyone experience similar problem? Thanks

Hi,

We had the same problem awhile ago. It was with 8m4 and W2000. The problem was solved by decreasing the total virtual memory limit to 1024.
