Ideal Requirement of Codes & standards for a Fertilizer plant

Back to Basics...!

Can some one tell .. where i can get the comprehensive list of codes & standards likely to be used in a Ammonia-Urea fertilizer plant..!

Query may look silly .. however, to us it is very critical to know the correct standards to be procured...!

In the USA, ASME B31.3 for pipe, ASME Section VIII for pressure vessels and heat exchangers, AISC for Structural Steel, NFPA for fire suppression systems, etc.
