Icons missing from model tree?

Good day all,

I have a user who just showed me his model tree and his feature icons are missing? I've been using Creo / Pro E for 18 years and have never seen this. (see attached JPEG) Has anyone else? Any help would be appreciated.

Technically, they they are glyphs, not icons. Maybe got deleted? I would try a reboot first.


They are stored deep in the bowels of the program folder:
Creo 4.0\M020\Common Files\text\resource
