What design guides/manuals do people know of for ICF walls besides the prescriptive methods given via the IRC or manufacturer? Had a project come in that is outside the bounds of the prescriptive method and am trying to figure out the best way to justify a couple of aspects.

Thanks

ACI 318 - or whatever the basic concrete code is for your area.

ICF is only a form - it is still just a concrete wall inside like any other.

I'm looking at waffle grids. Flat ICF is easy. I can't find any good material for waffle grid walls with circular cores. I'm going to look at the info focuseng recommended though.

It would behave similar to a regular concrect wall having a thickness of the concrete waffles, but with a bunch of holes...
