The storage requirements for Highly Hazardous materials are covered in section 415 of the IBC, and grouped into classifications of H-1 through H-5. It is not clear to me whether or not these requirements are cumulative. If not, the requirements for H-3 and H-4 certainly seem to be less rigorous than those for H-2. Can someone help clarify? I can't find anything in the IBC text to this effect.
