Give people a chance to see your posting. There is a response from a Siemens employee in that thread.

If you're wanting help immediately, then you might want to call GTAC as opposed to seeking help via the internet, as it can take hours or days to get a solution over the internet just because most of us are on the job when we're responding or trying to help on the net.
