i am doing I.T.P for pressure vessel . in Inspection Testing plan i put material with heat number( identification & Tractability ), Fabrication process with welding process and welder identification, N.D.E , Inspection & documentation.
is that welding map is necessary Or Mandatory.
My understanding if I.T.P ( Traveler sheet) has enough information we don't need to do welding Map unless customer asked.
Please advice
