Hi, does anyone have a handy spreadsheet that can calculate the properties of an is loop? (and make sure its in spec)

Yes try this one...data needs only be entered in shaded cells as there are calculations carried out in some of the otehr cells...hope helps.

Also forgot to say ensure all entries are in same units...specially the capacitance and inductance units the barrier manufacturer can spec these units in different units from the cable or instrument manufacturer...note they need to be entered in mH and nF.
