Do you need to measure the maximum torque or do you need to measure the torque throughout the whole operating range of the motor?

i need to get the maximum data about the motor. i need to measure the maximum torque and in all the operating range

This is the AUTOMOTIVE LUBRICATION forum.

I would think you have a much better chance of getting an answer if you post in one of the electric motor forums, or at least in automotive electrical or other subjects. I don't see any connection between your question and the forum you posted in

If you decide to post in a more appropriate forum, PLEASE red flag this thread yourself, so that you don't end up with two threads going, with consequential duplication and waste of time.
