Hi All
I am wondering if there is a standard method to manage the design sheets in a company that is involved with metalforming work. Since in the work , there are always peices of dies that break, and need to be built again, so the work contains pulling out the design ,maybe revise it, stick a note to , and send it to the machinery site, it seems first neat, but it really gets messy when you need the same drawing sheet in several sections, when some of the designs are not yet done in pc but by hand , and so many revisions get done by hand
I should add that we use solidworks as modelling and PLM for document management, but they are not integrated
If I know the steps how to increase the quality of the work would be much better than suddenly deal with a huge document management software, what is your suggestion?
