I just posted this in the SolidWorks section but perhaps you all have encountered this as well:

Not sure if this more appropriate for the GD&T or SW topic but I'll start here.

Has anyone ran into the issue I am having below (or attached, can't tell yet). In 2022, the FCF doesn't look right, and I can't figure out a way of how to address this. I've contacted my VAR, who contacted SW, who basically said "it is what is." For those who use projected zones like this in 2022, did you find a work around? My VAR suggested making a block that orders everything correctly. But ugh ...

Are you sure SW settings are for ASME or maybe they are for ISO GPS?

gb2835,

What you are showing on the right is the correct way per ISO standards.

So maybe there is a GD&T setting in SW that you need to change from ISO to ASME to get what you want? Just guessing.

Oh good point, I did not know that. My drafting standards are set to ASME, and SW's reply to my VAR did not mention anything along these lines. I will look into it though, thank you both!

You were right! There is an option in Doc Properties specifically for locating the material modifier. Never noticed this before. Thank you!
