I have a video capture programme which will not load

I have checked for conflicts there appear to be none ,all drivers seem to be in place hardware tests are all ok so somewhere in the software there is a tweak I have not thaught of any suggestions? The programme is Pinnacles studio DC10 plus supplier support suggest wiping all of c drive and reloading all programmes. I am 2000km from programme suport so am reluctant to send the pcu away for three weeks however this programme is essential for my work.
