There are several methods for case hardening and each will have varying effects on the properties. In general, case hardening: increases hardness, increases strength and adds compressive stresses. Most times it is used to increase wear resistance and/or bending stength and/or torque strength and/or fatigue strength - such as in axles.
To determine the properties for your specific application, the pin will probably have to be tested.

AISI 1015, Fine Grain

The first two are test bars. The “as tested” is the standard .505" Rd test bar. The as rolled is a !’ dia Rd. This is all single heat data, but the mill run data shouldn’t vary very much.
