I got Error: Cannot match material indices? what is this?

I also got this error once, after talking to the guys at algor they sugested to tranfer the model to superview, then draw a line in space, save it and this would reset the database. You can then delete the line and transfer it back to superview. I am not sure what causes the problem but It seem to work when I tried it.
