There is a relnotes doc, very few changes: new NX9 style flexlm, part revision now cleared on copy, XP is still supported, few additions to Test & SIM.

My mistake; I was looking in the 'Product Updates' section of the GTAC download site rather than the 'Full Product Releases' section.
