As per CBL's suggestion, here's a Torsion Spring with looped ends.
Took a bit of finagling to get the (2Dd Sketch) Ends correct and in the right Plane relative to the Helix so that the Sweep sections remain tangent to one another.
Depending on your definition of 110°, the straight portions of the Ends (where they leave the Helix) are controlled by the Revolution setting in the Helix feature. For this sample, I used 6.1944 for Revolutions [6 + ((180 - 110) / 360)] which gave ~ 110° in the Right Plane.
This number may need to be slightly altered to get the exact angle, because of how the Planes that were used to construct the ends where set.
