Your post was not very specific. I'm assuming you are talking about manure. One thing to do with it is to feed it into an anerobic digester. This produces methane which can be used to power generators making electricity. This reduces the smell of the manure. It also increases the availability of the nitrogen in the manure for improved fertilizer value.

anerobic digester = small scale, expensive.

direct co-combustion may be better option.

depends what you want - generate your own electricity, dispose of waste, manufacture low btu gas, etc.
