I am currently installing a fixed displacement gear hyd pump in place of a variable pressure compinsated pump I am attaching diagram of hyd system can someone tell me if this will work , GPM and psi are same on pumps
I understand what to do with all lines , I plan to simply cap the sense line right at the pump , just needing a couple of opinions

Try posting this in the fluid power engineering forum. They understand the diagram a lot better than us pipeline and piping people....

but identify which pump and maybe sketch out what modification you're planning to do - that's quite a complex diagram you've posted.
