Hyperworks boundary conditions

I'm trying to set silent boundaries on my 2D model but no matter what value I try radioss always sends me the same error message:
define non zero char lenght and sound speed
global integration non compatible with material type law 11. (I work on shell elements)

Could anyone help me please ?
