Hydrotest water quality of boiler

Hi All,

Our boiler is 44barg/274C/160t/h steam production is going to get hydrotest,I want to Max. chloride content of water for hydrotest.

For a boiler of this size, less than 500 ppm of chlorides should be acceptable for a boiler hydrotest followed by a thorough boiler rinse cycle, and dry lay-up.
 
Hi,
I want to know that, in ASME section IX anywhere mentioned that Authorised inspector require during qualify the welder?
Also if A.I reject welder coupan, what we can do?
pls. help me asap
