Our Client has specified to conduct a hydrotest on 2 of his vessels , individually , while placed in a vertical position . But , due to certain limitations , we are made to conduct the hydrotest in the HORIZONTAL position , with both the vessels joined together by bolting common Flanges of each vessel , with each other .. While placed horizontal , The water can be filled only through one of the flanges of first vessel, while flanges of second vessel are inaccessible . In other words , there is no means to check the water level in the second vessel.
