Pipes are produced in different pressure grades (PN grades), which indicates the pressure in bars that the pipe can support with water at 20 °C.
Normally, the test pressure is the operating pressure plus an incremental amount. The maximum hydrotest pressure is 1.5 times the pressure grade. The pressure test specifications should be confirmed with the pipe manufacturer. Attached is a typical hydrotest procedure.

"RTR" can mean different things to different people. Please be more precise.
However in general this is no different to "normal" piping and therefore a pressure test of 1.5 times design pressure or MOP is usually required.
ISO 14692 for GRE or "fibre glass" piping quotes 1.5 x design or 0.89 times the "qualified pressure"
