Please I need advice for
The equations to calculate the theoritical volume for pipeline hydrostatic test

The inside volume of the pipe??

We need a bit more than one line questions to give a proper answer.

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

The pipeline data
Test fluid fresh water
Length 13591m
O.diameter 914.4 mm
In.diameter 877.4 mm
Pipe wall thickness 18.5 mm
Total volume 8220.75 m3
Test pressure 140 bar
Extra water added for pressurization 77.69 m3
I need the equation used to calculate the theoretical Volume that will compared with the air content for hydrostatic test

You are, I presume, not asking how to calculate the volume of the inside of the pipe network, but how much volume do you need to provide for the air that is being used to pressurize the line for testing. I think the answer to this question is "zero" or "as least as is physically possible".
