Am new with the ASME VIII, and i can understand what does it mean hydrostatic end loads

Draw a free body diagram of a pressurized cylinder. The forces required to generate the longitudinal stresses are the hydrostatic end loads. Nothing particular to ASME, but to pressure vessels.
