I am looking for anode sheet material supplier for building small hydrolysis cells to make O2 by submerging the anodes in water. I have a source from denora, but the plate material is >$1K for a single 24" x 35" sheet x .060. I expect a premium, but don't want to send a sales guy on vacation. We will laser cut the strip material we need.

You need to add a few more details to your OP.
What is going to be your cathode?
Water by its self is a very good conductor.
