Hydrogen Embrittlement (Bake-Out) Procedure

I am looking for the standard or code that governs what temperatures and times are required for different hydrogen services for bake-out of piping.

I am attempting to create a procedure based on the different hydrogen (partial-pressure %) systems and need some input on where to locate the information.
