Hello,

I am looking for some freeware to do a few things:

1. Take a scanned image of a proposed grading plan and turn it into a 3D model.

2. Run a quick hydroanalysis to see where the water goes when it rains on the proposed site layout. This part could be in 3D or 2D.

I am new at this and would greatly appreciate it if anyone could give me advice. I know since I am asking for freeware the answer might consist of several small programs and a complicated process. Thank you.

I'm not aware of any freeware that can do this however you may want to further explore the capabilities of LDD and ARC-HYDRO.
