Hydro on high pressure boilers

Will be doing a hydro on our 800 HP boiler. Whats the best way to keep us from going to high when we do our test? Is there some kind of device we can use to keep pressure from going over set limit?.Thanks

It's a serious safety task involving the ASME boiler and high pressure hydro testing.
Additional to the comments from this Forum, strongly suggest to have an experienced Expert help for the testing system setup, if you don't have an in house Maintenance to perform the test.

Dear pvela,

Mostly, this is done by the Operation guys. They constantly monitor the pressure from their Control Panels having DCS/PLC and holds it right there.
