Hello All,
I am looking for a program that will model hydraulic circuits using 'standard' components such as motors, cylinders and valves. I'm designing a circuit that has some time dependent features. I am not looking to design the components themselves, just want to see how they all work together.
Thanks,
Bob

For any program that you investigate, make sure that it can deal with transient situations.

Some programs are fine for steady-state cases, but don't deal well with transients.

MSC software has a program called Easy 5, it will do more than the 2 programs listed, but is much more expensive.

hey bnrg,

i have used automation studio to do exactly what you ask. It was very easy to use and the demo is fully fuctionnal except for the save command.
