Does anyone know of a good hydraulic calculation software that is stand alone and does not require a CAD program to use (ie HydroCAD, etc)?

HASS & HydraCAD are probably the best. You may still be able to get Elite and I believe it is quite a bit cheaper than the others. Howver, I would go with HASS or HydraCAD.
