Anyone know where I can get information on the degree days for Moscow, Russia?
I've tried googling it but have not found anything yet.
I'd like to run dry coolers for free cooling and I'd like to get an idea of how mnay months that would work for me.

You may need to google it in russian. The sites you are looking for are "environment", "weather office" type government sites. Also look at ASHRAE Fundamentals Chapter 28. There is weather data for all major cities around the world in the data cd. Another resource can be NASA, you may need to enter latitude and longtitude of the area correctly, observing signs.
