Anyone know of a good source for HVAC annual maintenace cost estimates based on system type, either per ft^2 or ton?

January 1995 edition.

I know of this 2" thick binder double sided, I have a copy I inherited from a colleague that died a few years ago (may god bless his soul). I do not know if it is available for free from the internet. Try the Government printing office.
