HTTP ERROR 500 when launching NX help

Hello All,

I got this HTTP ERROR 500 when tried to launch NX help.

I am not sure if this issue has been resolved on the other threads, so I asked anyway.
Is this related to Java update? I have Java 8 update 91(64 bits) installed.

Any help is appreciated.

Yes it is Java. Need to roll back to a version of Java prior to Java 8 Update 91.
There's a Java archive for older versions, you need to register but it's free.
