HSS to HSS moment frame connections

I am looking for a reference (design and detailing) for HSS to HSS moment frame connections. I called AISC, and was not that helpful. Do we have any manual or book, I could look into? I know this is not very common practice. I would appreciate your help.

I am surprised that AISC was not helpful. They publish an excellent book called Hollow Structural Sections Connection Manual. I would definitely get a copy of this from them.

Also, Prof. Packer at the University of Toronto is a leading expert on HSS connection design, including publishing some software. He is also the authoer of the book referenced by Ailmar. It might be worth contacting him. Here is his contact page at U of T:

Is there any way, I could download this manual right now? I am AISC member. I could not see this manual online on AISC website.

The HSS Connection Manual is not available as a download. I believe it is out of print and no longer available from AISC period. The information contained has been incorporated into the 13th Manual of Steel Construction, available for purchase as a hard copy, but not available as a download.

I have 13th ed manual. I could not find any detail (HSS to HSS moment frame connections) on it.
