Gents,

Can anyone please help me find articles, journals, etc. regarding HSE Standards for Construction and for Oil & Gas Plants?

What I have is our safety standards and I need more references to complete our safety policies and guidlines.

Regarding safety, 29 CFR 1910.119 and the general 1910 series regulations apply to the plant. 29 CFR 1926 applies to construction. There are numerous state and federal environmental and health standards that apply too.
