HP 8568B Spectrum Analyzer Interconnect Cables

I am looking for the cables that interconnect the HP 8568B Spectrum Analyzer RF section and the display.

Does anybody know where I find them?

Are those small semi rigid cables? (look like little pipes).

In any case, you can probably just call up any cable fab house like Applied Specialties / RF Depot. They can probably make some for you cheaply.
