How to work as an entry level mechanical engineer abroad?

Not at all easy, since entry level engineering jobs are outnumbered by the recently graduated engineering students in most countries, and it costs more to employ an overseas engineer. The only ways I can see it happening much before you have 4 years under your belt is to either get a working visa and look for work once you are in the target country (I know one person who did that), or join a large company that has overseas offices and get an internal transfer(I know several people who have done that).

Cheers
