HOW TO USE WITHEVENTS IN CATIA V5 VBA

I Would Like To Use "Withevents" In Catia V5 Vba. But When I Have Written My Code In Class Module, The Error Occurred.
This Is My Code: "Public Withevents App As Catia.Application"


Can Anyone Help To Explain Why My Code Is Wrong And Revise The Code For Me?

CATIA has no events exposed to COM.
