You go on the element, for example a resistor, then and the end of the window you will see "measurements" choose what you want to measure, voltage, current or both. Later, drag and drop the multimeter into your project and choose the name of the element you chose before to see the waveforms. To visualize the 5 outputs it is enough to use a demux block available at signal routing library. If you watch it in more detail you will see that two demuxs are being used, but they are stuck together and look like one with two inputs and five outputs. That sounds impossible with demux!
