Hello! I am working on a problem where i am trying to design a loudspeaker. I want to run a transient analysis, and run it for a certain frequency. But since i have a permanent magnet i can use the harmonic methoid. Can anyone help me with how to use frequency with a transient method. Also another problem is that i have to get displacements on a copper wire because of the magnetic field. When i do that i get the displacements in one direction. The coil carries a current, so now when i change the current direction, theoretically i shud get the force in the other direction. But cant get that to hasppen, it gives the force in one direction only. If anyone can help me i would be very grateful. I can send you the model if you want also so you guys can have a better idea. Thanks a lot, i appreciate any help i can get.
Vikram.
