If any one know...how to use flexible component....can we generate drawing pdfs automatically......can we convert drawing to autocad dxf ...automatically....not manual.....

how to make customized checklist of error automatically.

7 years in Pro/E? Have you ever been trained to use Pro/E?

There is a nice tutorial on the ptc website on using flexible components.
What do you mean by 'automatically'? There are programs that will convert from one format to another by running background processes. Drop a file in a folder and the program will pick it up, do the conversion and put in another folder.
PDF generation of a drawing is a button push in WF4 and above.
DXF is a simple save as. You want more automation than that?
ModelCheck will process a file and check for conformance to your company standards and issue a report of failures.
