How to Unlock Dimstyle 1

Does anyone know how to unlock (DDIM) Dimstyle; I'm not able to modify dimension text heights or arrow sizes. Can someone help?

Under the Dim Style Manager, you have to start a new one with a new title, appropriate arrow size and dimension text height and make it current. You can also pull down modify command, invoke properties and select the existing dimensions you want to modify.
