how to uninstall/install Solid Edge V.18 ??

I removed SE from my system using control panel - Add/Remove Programs but when I want Install SE again installation stops because: "Solid Edge V18 setup has found an existing Solid Edge product. Please use Add/Remove Programs applet to uninstall Solid Edge."
How can I install SE now??

If you don't have any other UGS products installed, go to regedit and delete all entries under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Unigraphics

That should allow you to re-install Edge...

Any possibilities that for example Standard Parts is still installed?

The same Unigraphics Key resides under the computer tab in your registry. And several more are floating around somewhere. A Cleanup program should be on your installation cd:

\Solid Edge\SptTools\SECleanup\SECleanupAll.exe
