I am new to ABAQUS. I am presently using Abaqus/CAE. My task is to simulate casting process of aluminium alloys. My attempt is to start with Navier Stokes for fluid flow (to simulate mold filling) and later heat transfer (to simulate solidification). How can I generate a 'Part' or geometry for the fluid flow? Which element(s) can I use? Thanks for your comments.

Abaqus is FEM package based on Euler-Lagrange equation. Fluid flow based on Navier Stokes is typical for CFD software (FLUENT etc)
