How to save several arrays in workspace to one csv file

I have a workspace full of arrays that I would like to output to a txt file. I would like the output file to look similar to an input file that Matlab would recognize (ie. tab delimited with column headers for each array).

It seems like there should be an easy way to do this, but I'm struggling.
