How to run an journal with an part file?

I need to run an journal when i open an file ".PRT"
can i do it?

This can be done with menuScript, take a look at the menuScript documentation in the NX help files and post back with any specific questions you have.

how i get these things?
on my UG doesnt appear the documentation html file, it gives me an error.
where i find the automation file?

Documentation is a separate installation in NX.
Be sure to check the box for programmer's documentation.
