How to remove gaps between two bodies connected to each other? 1

When I use zoom in to my assembly model, I see that the two parts that are connected to each other using coincident point, have some gaps in between. Is there any way to get rid of that?
 
First make sure that this is not due to visualization only. To do this change curve refinement from coarse to fine. If it still shows some gap try to measure it. You can fix such gaps using Edit Mesh tools. This way it's possible to merge nodes of neighboring elements.
 
Can you be more clear about Mesh edit tool?
 
If you use Edit Mesh --> Merge nodes you will be able to merge two nodes on opposite sides of the gap into one node thus closing the gap. This has to be done for each pair separately but when you merge all pairs the gap will be stitched.

Could you attach a picture showing the problem ? It will be easier to discuss the solution then.
 
When I use edit mesh/merge, It says dependent part instances cannot be edited by this operation
 
If you use tie constraint with proper tolerance for node adjustment (put the maximum distance between these bodies with some reserve in „Specify distance” field) these two parts will be connected during the analysis. Otherwise you can do it as suggested before. Either change the type of instance to independent or create orphan mesh from this part.
 
I use implicit general, It's hard to get convergence. What is the difference with "Dynamic implicit"?
 
Did you mean static general vs dynamic implicit ? The difference is that the former does not take into account time of the event (step time is non-physical measure used for load incrementation), loads are applied gradually until they reach full magnitude and thus all dynamic effects (especially inertia and damping) are neglected.
