HI there,
Yes, you can. There's a couple of ways to do that.
You could click the surface with your right mouse button and change that particular surface with the properties function.
You can also do the same for a used function like Extrude in your Model Browser. Just right click Extrude.
If you want the whole Part to change color look at the top of your screen and change the Color
